Metallic Butterfly

Hello All,

For today I am entering challenges for Sunday Stamps, CAS Mix Up, and CAS(E) this Sketch. The metallic details on this butterfly are amazing! Thank you CAS Mix Up for posting the videos for ideas on how to do this technique. Anyway, here is my card for today. Enjoy!

I wanted to bring an industrial feel to this card. I brick PP as a backdrop for my butterfly because the butterfly reminds me of an old rusty object. Yet the butterfly is dainty and so pretty.

This is a detailed shot of one of the butterfly's wings. The look of rust over the beautiful blue is so pretty! Pictures can't really do it justice. So below I have attached a short video clip of the butterfly to show how metallic and beautiful it is to see.

Retro Dotty Christmas

Hello Everyone,

For today I will be playing along with AAA Cards, Hand Stamped Sentiments, INKspirational, and CAS on Fridays. Simple and sweet but more importantly, it is a clean CAS look with a touch of Retro. Here is my card for today, enjoy!

This card was amazingly quick to make. The dots are one stamp; I masked, stamped, and placed the image exactly where I needed it with my MISTI.
