For today I am playing along with City Crafter Challenge Blog and Inspired by All the Little Things. Both challenges seemed to fit perfectly. Here is my card for today, enjoy!
The girl's silhouette is a retired digi stamp from Sami's Stamps. I printed her out and made a window for the sunset scene. |
Challenges Entered:
The inspiration photo for Inspired by All the Little Things took my breath away. As a little girl, I would visit my grandparent's in late Summer. They lived in a small rural town in Pennsylvania. Nighttime was always my favorite because Dad and Mickey Nana (Grandma) would talk into the night while I snuggled into my grandfather's gray winter coat. I don't remember what was said between the two but what I do remember is looking up at the vastness of space. I was then I was pulled back to the familiar voices in the background all wrapped up in the security of Big Bill's (Grandpa) gray coat. What I wouldn't give for that gray coat.
Well, thank you so much for dropping in to spend time with me. I really enjoyed this project. A lot of fun to create! I will be back, so until then take care and happy stamping everyone!!
All the best,
Shawna
