Living in MI I have the pleasure of enjoying Lake Michigan's shoreline. What is most captivating about the lake-shore are by far their sunsets. The colors are vivid, true, and nothing short of incredible! My aunt sends sunset pictures every night without fail either from FL or MI. I just love them especially this time of year with the oranges and purples, it is just amazing! Here is a shot that prompted the idea for this card.
One of my Aunt's Sunsets in FL 2/19/15 My son says the sun looks an ice cream scoop. |
Well here it is, I hope you enjoy it.
Wanted the color to be an extension of the white space of the beach scene |
Beautiful Ombre effect with horizon blending in each other. |

This is just beautiful. Love how the beach stamp extends out over your superbly blended sunset. Thanks for playing at AAA Cards.
ReplyDeleteGOR-JUS!!!!! The ombre background is stunning - reminds me of cards we made in a class taught by Michelle Zindorf, Queen of scene backgrounds. (Michelle's blog: http://zindorf.blogs.splitcoaststampers.com). The white panel scene perfectly pops over that background. Just gorgeous.
ReplyDeleteThanks so much for playing my first challenge!
