Silhouette Challenge

Hello Readers,

It is the start of a new month which means a new challenge at House of Cards! Before I reveal the challenge here is my card for tonight, enjoy!


Word Cue Challenge:Silhouette



Isn't this challenge going to be fun!! I had so much fun that I made a set of 10 cards like this one but with different themes and colors.. As you can see a silhouette doesn't have to be black. In this case I decided to use white for my silhouette. I think it brings the entire card together and highlights the watercolor background. It just took a bit of blue masking tape, watercolors, and a few die cuts. Done...

I do hope you can join us this month at House of Cards. This challenge is going to be great and I am looking forward to see what you create! We will see you there!

    Love this Shawna. It is so cute. And true, silhouettes do not need to be black always. So fun to see all you girls creations and howe diffrent they are on the same theme.

    ....we have cold weather too, but snow is a very rare thing here. I live next to the Atlantic coast no far from Bordeaux and our winters are often very wet and windy.
