For today I am playing along with The Male Room. The theme was a bit challenging but then I found this stamp in my stash.. Here is my card for today, enjoy.
Color and design accentuate the saying by the great Shakespeare |
Lots of texture from the ripped paper to the layers of watercolor. Choosing a white background with white lettering makes the cards texture pop. |
Architecture and literature blend together as images of creativity. Both together seem to fit very well as a composition. |

Our family has gone through a series of unfortunate events these past five months. After all that turmoil and financial cost you know what; I can still smile. A big wide smile because as a family we are okay. We have each other and are healthy which gives me peace and sweet content. Thank you for letting it be mine. I hope and pray that for everyone who is reading this has the same.
Thank you so much for joining here at TheGrandStampede I really do appreciate every single visit. Even though I seem silent I am grateful to all of you and incessantly follow each one of you when your post goes in my inbox. Thank you for visiting. Take care and we will see you sooner then later.
All the best,
Shawna
Now that is so clever...Love the architectural background and the colours are fabulous. Loving the torn edges and all topped off with the white saying....This was a challenging challenge and you nailed it...Every success with the DT application, you really do deserve it x
ReplyDeleteTotally, totally cool! I'm not playing in that one - my mind just draws a blank.... :(
ReplyDeleteI love your card, the colours really do make that quote pop out. Thank you for sharing it with us at TMR, see you again soon.
ReplyDeleteStunning! I really like the texture with the torn edges, the wonderful colours and architectural background. That sentiment works perfectly. Thanks so much for playing along with our Shakespeare theme at The Male Room, Deborah, DT.
ReplyDeleteSending hugs too xx
This is a work of art, I'm sure Shakespeare would have approved! So glad you joined us for the challenge and the DT cards, I always look forward to seeing your cards in the gallery and this one is no exception. Thanks for playing and good luck for the DT call
