No Great Story

Hello Readers,

For today I am going to be playing along with Fusion's Challenge. I have decided to play with both the sketch and photo inspiration. Here is my card for today, enjoy!

This stamp set from Papertrey Ink completely cracked me up..
To quote the great Homer Simpson 'It's funny because it is true.'

I played on the geometric design of the chairs. What I like most about the
inspiration photo is the color and so I tried to emulate into the card.
The title 'Chairs to You' seemed to be a play on words.
So I thought a wine sentiment and images would be a perfect match.

Both images show the detail of the card. This card was so geometric that using a regular shape for the sentiment seemed wrong. So I die cut a hexagon and cut part of it off. Now it feels like the design is cohesive.

I live in Michigan and am used to funky weather. But I think this one takes the cake. I woke up today to 71 degrees! In mid-October it just feels weird to be wearing capri's and a tee. But us Michiganders know better, by the weekend it is going to be in the mid 50's. It's back to hooded sweaters, long jeans, shoes, and socks. Oooooo... Also I'm looking forward to warm soups, stews, and casseroles. Oh comfort food!! Love it...
