H2Ocolor on black II

Hello Again,

Some of you may be joining in The Male Room's challenge these coming weeks. Our theme this fortnight is 'Architecture'. This subject happens to be near and dear to my heart. Many of you know, but those who don't I graduated college with a bachelor's degree in the subject. For me, when it came to making a card for The Male Room I ran out of time... So I put a card on the site that was made a few years back. Still beautiful, it was not new and I felt terrible about it. So I decided to make a brand new design! So with my confession and chin up here is my card for today, enjoy!!

This was my first attempt watercoloring on black paper.
In this case, I use plain jane Crayola watercolor pads.
It worked well but required a lot of coats to get the color bright.

I didn't want to throw away the other cropped image of the stained glass. So, I used the remainder for the inside. I love this picture, it seems your brain puts the entire window together.
I really like this sentiment because it balances the card and the words are so fitting.

Now that conscience is clear I am going to go and work on other challenges. I will see you soon and thank you so much for stopping by TheGrandStampede. It has been a pleasure to show you my work. See you soon, take care, and happy stamping.

All the best,
Shawna
