Spring Flowers

Hello,
For today I am entering Cards in Envy, Retro Rubber Challenge, and Inspired by the Little Things. Here is my card for today, enjoy!!
The shabby background was done by lightly stamping a wood grain pattern on aqua cardstock. I then layered aqua acrylic paint with a dry brush on the card.
The color theme for this card was unusually wonderful.
The garden flowers were stamped, painted, and then fussy cut.
This set is a retired set from SU called Fabulous Florets
 I feel that it turned out very well and am happy with the result.

    I am so happy that you joined us at Retro Rubber with this absolutely gorgeous card! I love that you have used acrylic paints as well as inks. It really added a wonderul effect to everything. I would love your card to be considered for one of our Top Picks but you didn't mention the age of the stamp which is necessary to be considered.     This is a gorgeous card, I love the beautiful look of the Acrylic paints on this flowers, it adds such a fabulous texture to your beautiful flowers. I happen to have this stamp set and I love it, it's one of my old time favorites from Stampin' Up!

    Gorgeous use of the Fabulous Florets flowers. They really sparkle on the vintage aqua background. Love that you added acrylic paint... gives more texture.
