For today I will be playing along with Freshly Made Sketches, City Crafter Challenge and Stamp, Ink, Paper Challenge. The back to school theme is popular right now! So here is my card for today enjoy!
The back to school card was created with Freshly Made Sketches in mind. I thought the triangle shape would make an excellent compass. I also like the way it is layered on the card. |
The chalkboard background was created by applying white ink to a paper towel and spreading it horizontally. I wiped it again with a clean towel for the final result. |
Challenges Entered:
My kiddos are in bed awaiting tomorrow morning, the first day of school. Both are nervous and excited. As for me, it is bittersweet. It seems like yesterday when they were babies now my daughter is in middle school and my son in upper elementary. Time goes so quickly.
Well, that should do it for me!! Thank you so much for stopping by and do appreciate you taking time out of your busy day to spend time with me. We will see you soon. Take care and happy stamping.
All the best,
Shawna
