Today I am going to be playing along with Freshly Made Sketches and The Paper Players. Fab color combination Paper Players! Also, an interesting sketch from FMS. So, here is my card for today, enjoy!

| The doodle lotus is so divine and detailed. That is why I decided to keep the sentiment banner simple, crisp and clean. Showcasing the lotus was my objective. |

| I am typically not a fan of symmetry, but her it works. I know it isn't symmetrical but I would say it is called mirror symmetrical. The mirror symmetry balances the design out and the white banner centers your eye back to neutral. |

| The colored pencil on dark paper creates a sense of glow. The color choices fit the lotus design nicely. |
