For today I will be playing along with Color My Heart Color Challenge, The Paper Players and CAS(E) this Sketch. Here is my card for today, enjoy!

| This was made by using old paper that happen to be in my stash. I cut them into varing strips in different widths and glued them down in a stripey manner. I wanted to mimic the photo offered by Color My Hear Color challenge. Those stripes are gorgeous. |

| I used fringe scissors to cut the bottom of the card to look like the end of a rug. Then in my stash, I found the yellow fringey yarn and thought it would be perfect for this card. |

| With all the busyness I wanted the sentiment of the design to pop but not too much. I thought vellum was my best option. The sentiment is the focal point, but you can also see the color of the card show through. |
