Hello All,
For today I will be playing along with Freshly Made Sketches, Challenge Up Your Life, and Let's Squash It! Challenges. Here is my card for today, enjoy!
All the red on this card is intoxicating. The white border and sentiment strip seem to offer a nice break from the red. The leaves too seem to keep the eye in-place. |
The background and strip are from the same sheet of paper split into two sections. I inked an embossing folder using Ruburab Stalk ink on both sheets. The strip was inked once again for a darker tone. Lastly, after it was dry I spread white pearl ink over the embossed hearts. I think the texture really stands out. That is until you put this card in the light! |
