Above: The background of flowers is a leftover piece from a previous project. It has been laying on my craft table for a few months. I thought this card would be the perfect opportunity to use it. Left/Below: The pearl alcohol inks shine along with the foiled pattern on the eggs. Right/Bottom: This shot shows the eggs not in the light. It shows more of the alcohol coloring on the eggs. |

Just Us Girls: Trend Week #627: Foil on Alcohol Inked Cards
I was astonished when I foiled on Yupo paper! I thought there was no way it was going to work. The Yupo paper will surely melt or at least warp. But no! It was beautiful, especially with the pearly inks alongside the gold foiling. I now have a new way to use my supplies and it is all thanks to these challenges.

Such a pretty card. I love the use of alcohol inks, it's a perfect medium for dyed Easter eggs. Lots of fabulous work here, and great take on the Mood Board. Thanks so much for playing along with us over at Double D. Hope to see you back again soon.
