Owl Friends

Hello Readers,

For tonight I am playing along with Addicted to Stamps and More Challenge. I love all the color it represents. And it made for a perfect-o Halloween card.. According to my daughter this one is not so scary. Here it is! Enjoy...

Little owl friends lined up on a branch under a full moon.
The sentiment sums it up 'Friend. Good.'

All the hats were colored using Perfect Pearls
then set with a spritz of Perfect Pearls mixed with water.

Lots of dimension but not too bulky to send in the mail. 

The sentiment banner was made to look like
it was flowing in the Autumn breeze.

These owls were generously given to me by, my friend, Monika from Creative with Monika and a DT for Addicted to Stamps Challenge Blog (This not why I am entering them).. She created a card with this owl image and I happen to mention that I loved this feathered friends.. Well not two weeks later I see a lovely card in the mail with these little guys stamped just for me.. Thank you again Monika; I just love them and in the spirit of Halloween I made a card out of them.. Naturally...

Challenge #165- Photo Inspiration

These colors automatically drew my attention.. What a fun and creative way to display color.. The colors seemed to glow so that is why I used Perfect Pearls for their hats. Out of the light you can still see its color but when the light hits them.. Wow! Shine, as if done by magic!! 

If you look on the black background you will see a bit of shimmer from a clear embossed stars background stamp. This was done so the sky didn't look so flat in the mist of the full moon.. 

This was a fantastic challenge and probably wouldn't have the inspiration without those owls!! Thank you.

Well that should do it for me.. I am still recovering from painting our kitchen. Today is 'move into the kitchen day!!'. Finally and am so excited.. Don't forget to leave a comment! Hearing what you have to say makes my day..Thank you for stopping by and we will see you soon..
