Please Define

Hello Crafters,

For today I am playing along with multiple challenges.. All of them were so inspiring to create this card! I am playing along with Sunday Stamps, Freshly Made Sketches, SSS Wednesday Challenge Blog and Stamp,Ink,Paper.  I do hope you like my play on words.. Enjoy!

The word 'felt' is actually made from felt. I stamped onto the material then die cut the letters to make the word.

I don't know how this will translate into other languages. So I will explain the play on words.

Felt as in the soft material used for crafts (part of Stamp Ink Paper Challenge) also Felt is a past tense verb to mean feeling (ex. I felt bad that I forgot her birthday). These words play a bit with each other which I think is so much fun.

Above is a side view of the card. To the right is a close up of the Hardwood stamp from SU that was heat embossed. I couldn't get a good picture of it so I took a close up shot to show the detail..

Challenges Entered:

SIP Challenge 37 Wood, Cork, Felt 800

I do need to stock up on belated birthday cards.. You would think I would be sending these things out on time but that is rarely the case... So belated birthday cards is a good card to have on hand. I just thought this play on words was so cute.

That is it for now.. My family just got back from ice skating and looking forward to hear how it went.. Thank you so much for stopping by I really do appreciate every visit. Until next time take care.

All the Best,
Shawna
