Perfect Pastel

Hello Readers,

For today I am playing along with The Paper Players, Stamp/Ink/Paper, and Less is More. Here is my card for today, enjoy.

One focal image colored using The Paper Players and Less is More inspiration
The image was inspired by the SIP, one element
Added just a bit of detail by piercing the paper around the framed element
Colors are not traditional for a peacock but I didn't think it mattered
because they are so pretty it is almost magical
Detail showing the spotlight techinque.
Notice the lack of color on the flowers.
Challenges Entered:
The Paper Players: PP294- Color Challenge
Stamp/Ink/Paper Challenge: #47- One Element Wonder
Less is More: #275- Color Challenge (Pastels)

SIP One Element Wonder 47 800  "Less is More"
Thank you so much for stopping by my little corner of the internet. I do hope you will join me again for another creation. Take care everyone and happy crafting.

All the best,
Shawna

  10. The color selections and transitions are spectacular! It is so elegant and sedate but still jumps off the page to the reader. Great card!

  11. I was referring to the peacock in previous comment "jumps off the page". I think some of the peacocks I have seen at Oklahoma City Zoo would be envious of your peacock!
