Translucency

Hello All,

For today I am entering challenge from AAA Cards. This Halloween in Michigan it is supposed to snow. Perfect for trick-or-treating😒! I think this year I will hang back and distribute candy. Anyway, here is my card for today. Enjoy!

Ghosts were created using the masking technique. I traced paisley dies on CS and fussy cut. I then took that shape placed it on the gray and lightly sponged around it with black pigment ink.
Love those spooky ghosts. The masking technique really seems to be really effective. By using just sponging and no lines it creates a sense of translucency.
My black Copic marker went a bit haywire while coloring these eyes. It suddenly started to pour out of the marker after contact with the paper. Well happy accident! Coloring the eyes black was a fantastic 'idea'. It pops them out a bit more looking more spooky. Plus, the white dots are were a perfect finish to an already freaky card.
Challenges Entered:
AAA Cards: Challenge #151- One Corner + the optional twist of using a Colour Palette

Thank you so much for stopping by and I do appreciate you taking time out of your busy day to spend time with me. I hope you all have a fantastic day and lots of good crafting vibes headed your way.
