Snowy Night

 Hello All,

For today I will be playing along with Just Us Girls. I really enjoyed the photo inspiration. Here is my card for today, enjoy!

I love snowy scenes! This was done using Hero Arts watercolor paper that came in one of their kits. I stamped the lamp-post and sign using white pigment ink, I let it dry and then used masking fluid to cover up the ornate sign. I wanted to use DO inks for a dark blue almost black background. The pigment quality of the oxide ink made the sky an inky dark blue.

I think this card would be perfect for a new neighbor. We live in an urban setting and thought this would be perfect for them.

You will notice the open store is the bakery. Early to rise to bake the morning bread for the day. They do not call it Baker's hours for nothing.

Challenges Entered:

Thank you so much for stopping by and I do appreciate you taking time out of your busy day to spend time with me. Lots of good crafting vibes headed your way. I hope you all have a fantastic day and please stay safe and healthy.

  3. Fantastic card! I wouldn't give it to a neighbor. I would keep it for myself and frame it!!!! I love it!
