I cannot believe it is April already!! Seriously, time flies way too fast these days. As many of you know a new month means a new challenge at House of Cards. Before I get to that here is my card for today, enjoy!

Yes, Readers, today is April Fools Day... No joke!! It was April first 30 years ago when my Mom was sipping the rest of her coffee at the sink. She was getting ready for work looking very professional. I am sitting at the counter when I remembered the date. Here we go: 'Mom! You have a spider on your back!'. Oh yes, best joke ever!!! NOT! She flung her blazer off her back and stomped on it furiously with her high heel shoe. Probably ripping the liner of her jacket. It was then I sheepishly said 'April Fools...'. Yes, I know I should have said something clever like: 'you got it' or 'it ran off' but no!! My mother looked at me with fire in her eyes and was promptly grounded for three weeks. It was then I knew April Fools was no joke!!
