Rainbow Butterfly

Hello All,

For today I am entering this one card in multiple challenges; Sunday Stamps, Inkspire_Me, and a brand new challenge from Monika Reeck called Creative with Stamps . My card for today is very colorful that is set off by a chalkboard backdrop. Here is my card for today, enjoy!

The rainbow butterfly looks so striking against the chalkboard background.
Enamel dots were added to adhere to the sketch from Inkspire_Me.
The side view of the card. showing the many layers of the butterfly.
I die cut the butterfly 4x in white cardstock and 1x using vellum. Sandwiched them all together
only on the body so her wings can flare.
Putting vellum right behind the open butterfly gives it a sense of translucency.

This is showing the butterfly showing off her sparkles in the light and also seen in shadow showing its translucency.

Challenges Entered:
INKspire_Me: Challenge #243
Sunday Stamps: SSC123- Rainbow Fun
Creative with Stamps: Challenge #1- Butterfly

Oh my goodness rainbows and butterflies; can life get any better.. Some days can be reality bites! And for those days I go inside my head to get away from reality. My happy place where rainbows, butterflies, and rose colored glasses are all the rage.. It is healthy to daydream; really it is! At least that is my story and I'm sticking to it!!

Thank you so much for joining me today... I really appreciate your visit and please hop on over to Creative with Stamps. It is their first challenge and will surely be successful with our help! Take care all I am going to bed.

All the best,
