Some things...

Hello Readers,

For today I am playing along with Colour Q challenge. Their colors this week were captivating and thought I would throw my hat in the ring.. Here is my card for today, enjoy!

Simple watercolor with white die cut. Elegant and so lively!
Close up of the watercolor panel.
The white border was masked off while painting.

Challenges Entered:

Yes, some things are better left unsaid. This watercolor panel could work for any occasion. I am happy to say this card is a part of a set of ten I made for a gift.  All the recipient needs to do write a personal note, put it in an envelope, and send it on its way. I really like the way these turned out! I might just have to make a set for myself someday. I'll have to put in my 'best intentions' pile..

Well that should do it for me! I want to thank you so much for once again joining me. Your visits and comments always make me smile. Until next time take care.

All the best,
Shawna

  2. Not easy to mask off the card and to do a water coloured background...I usually cross my fingers when peeling back the masking! The white die cut leaves work really well against the colourful background.
