For today I am playing along with CAS-ology, Less is More, and Addicted to CAS. Here is my card for today, enjoy!
The new CutPlorations die is so funny I just had to get it. I really like the die cut matching perfectly with woodgrain under the vellum. |
I love the composition of this card! The sentiment is so suited for any situation where you have to apologize. |
I know I have some layering on this card but I do think it is CAS because of the monochromatic color palette and the lightness of the vellum material. |
Challenges Entered:
My almost nine year old son tasted coffee for the first time the other day. He didn't really like dads coffee (which he likes black) but moms tea (1tsp Sugar in the Raw, 2% milk, and some fiber for froth) well he wanted more. I can see why because coffee alone can be quite bitter versus tea. I told my son maybe you will like it later in life, like college. He looks up at me and responds 'Yeah right Mom!'. Oh, Green Grasshopper so much to learn, but I have a funny feeling I'm right!
You aren't done with me yet! I have one more card to post that I think you will like. So until then take care and happy stamping..
All the best,
Shawna

Hello Shawna!! Nicely done. I love how you used the vellum to tone down the pattern paper. Nicely done. Thank you so much for playing with us this week at CASology.
Super sweet and oh so pretty!
Thanks for sharing your cuppa with us at CASology Shawna!
I see why you had to get it - it's super cute!
Oh, what a beautiful card! I love the juxtaposition parquet with vellum. I agree that this die is very beautiful. The card is just perfect, all the elements fit together perfectly. It will be the favorite in the challenges!
Hugs, my friend :-)

I love the humour in this card! You've made me giggle :) The wood effect background looks fab behind the vellum. Super design! Thanks for playing along with us at Less is More!
That die is so fun and I love the woodgrain showing through the vellum! What a great card - it would certainly make anyone smile. Thank you for sharing with us at Less is More this week :)
