For today I will be playing along with As You See It Challenge. The power of three, as we all know, is the cornerstone to design. I don't know the science behind it but it seems to be more visually appealing than even number clusters. Here is my card for today, enjoy!
The power of three on a CAS card. The jet black hair is mimicked on the border for grounding these three little ladies in the design. |
This card was created in a flash! I don't think I have ever done a card in less than ten minutes! Until now! This card took nine minutes!!! Nine minutes and that includes coloring! Whaaaaa? |
These little ladies were colored using Copic markers. |

Your trio of oriental ladies is adorable Shawna and a wonderful CAS design! The black is a striking contrast to all that white space and it makes the bright colours really pop. A card making triumph in 9 minutes Shawna for sure. Thanks for playing along with our 10 minute speed challenge over at As You See It this week!
Shawna, this is amazing! I love the clean, crisp design. Black was just the right colour for the base. The colouring is fabulous, especially given the time. Isn't is amazing what can be achieved in under ten minutes? Thanks for joining in our speed challenge at As You See It.
Shawna, you came, you speed stamped and you conquered! I love your card and your trio of ladies in the kimonos! And the sentiment is perfect! I really like the clean, fresh look of the white spaces as well! Thanks for getting your adrenaline pumping with us at As You See It Challenges!
SO cute...your little sweeties are perfect for our triple speed challenge! Their gowns are colored beautifully too! Thanks for playing in our challenge this week!
