Welcome to another day at MHKDesigns. Our new August release is out and I am here to share the new 'Halloween Party' digi stamp set. Here is my card for today, enjoy!
Kind of creepy card and once again most of this design was done using computer editing software. The focal image from the set is translucent allowing the color to come though. Then all I did was print it out! Now to distressing the image. |

I used a distresser to fray the edges, I ripped the paper, and then sponged the panel all around the perimeter and around the rips. I also distressed the card base with the same black color. |
Thanks for stopping by today, friends! We will be back tomorrow with another *NEW* set to share from the MHKDesigns Etsy shop! Don't forget to get all your commenting in for your chance to WIN, and please do join our monthly challenge, as well! Until tomorrow, happy stamping!

This is so cool and interesting. Love it!
Gorgeous colours...loving the thumb print and the card opening!!!
You are amazing at computer editing...I almost missed the image! Very haunting card :) Hugs...Janie
A wonderfully dark card. Image Digi is well chosen. Everything done here is simply excellent. I love the effect of translucency, it directs my attention to the spirit world. There, the children play :-) I love this card. It's one of the best cards Halloween I've seen.
hugs,

Ok, this just has to be the MOST CLEVER Halloween card I've ever seen! I LOVE the way you made the image fade into a colored background--and I love the tearing and texture! Love the addition of your own fingerprint, too! Thank you for all you do at MHKDesigns! Sending HUGS! :) Mynn xx
Your photo editing skills are awesome - love the effect of this image just peeking through. The distress edging is just the right touch.
Awesome Halloween card! The background looks amazing! :)
Very cool technique! Thanks for sharing how to do this!
