For today I am playing along with Freshly Made Sketches and Double D Challenges. This card has special meaning to me. Why? My son and I are going to see his piano teacher play tonight! I thought this card would be great to give the teacher during my son's next lesson. So here is my card for today, enjoy!

| The background paper is modified DP. The music images were stamped on the DP to go with the music theme. The distressed edges were part of the DP, I just enhanced it with a bit more sponging. |

The only pop of color is the flowers. The shot of pink is so pretty against the background. The technique on the leaves tone down the green. I forgot the name but you ink the stamp and then take a marker and stripe color directly on the stamp and then stamp. You will get a variegated tone that looks so natural. |
