I, unfortunately, missed the CASology challenge but not all was lost because I had The Color Throwdown as an inspiration too! Here is my card for today, enjoy!

| I was so inspired by the photo that was shown at The Color Throwdown. I felt compelled to try my hand at abstract art. I took a large sheet of CS and started splattering, dipping, spraying, etc. The color comes from acrylic paint, Distress Inks (Lucky Clover and Mowed Lawn) and lots of water. |

| Instead of a white base, I thought I would be a bit different and use kraft paper as its base. The color works with the Throwdown plus it allows the abstract to pop! |

| The abstract has a crackled glazed finish over top. It makes for fantastic texture both visually and texturally. |
