MHKDesigns March Challenge

Hello All,

Welcome to another challenge at MHKDesigns. As always, the theme is ATG and to use the inspiration photo. First, I would like to share my card with you today, enjoy!

I was intrigued by the green glass jars in the inspiration photo.
I wanted to mimic those jars in my design. So, I stamped and die-cut jars out of green vellum added some kraft paper and twine.

Above: My favorite area of the card would have to be the beige gingham and black borders. It really allows the MHKDesigns digi to shine. The gingham also reminds me of Spring and getting back outside after a long Winter. Left/Below: The green vellum is translucent allowing you to see through to the stems. Plus, the extra layer gives it a more realistic look. Right/Bottom: The Fabulous Flowers set seemed like the perfect digi set for this challenge. I wanted to keep things neutral'ish to stay in line with the inspiration photo.
